The Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey (PDFNJ) is inviting New Jersey High School students to share drug free messages through their original music as part of the 2019 New Jersey Shout Down Drugs contest. Up until Feb.1, students can submit their songs and lyrics about substance use prevention. Voting will begin on Feb. 15.
